Austrian Nationality, Educated in Forest Engineering and holds a BA hon. degree from Buckingham University, UK. Hans has started his professional career as a Business Planner and Brand Manager in the Austrian Telecommunications sector. In China he worked as a CFO for AVL List Technical Centre (Shanghai) Co. Ltd an affiliate of a world leading Automotive Engineering Consultant. He established Rocks & Wings Limited in 2005.

Xenia Kottulinsky Managing Director

Xenia works as a part time consultant for a Siemens company in Jiangsu Province; she previously held their CFO position for 2.5 years. Before coming to China in early 2004, Xenia was a Project Manager for the Marketing and Promotion Department of a European Mobile Phone Brand. She holds a Masters Degree from Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. Growing up on a farm in the Blackwood Forest in Germany, she now aims to link her roots to a business opportunity in China.

Chloe Ding XueJie- Supply Chain Manager

Chloe Ding has varieties of experience working in different industries and worked in a consulting company doing marketing for a long time. She has a good understanding of the marketing and usually gets quick understand on any new industry. Chloe has good communication skills and has the ability dealing with people from various business background and levels. She is managing our distribution channel here in China as well as overseas with her talent and related connection in different fields. She speaks fluent English, in addition to Mandarin, Shanghainese and basic Japanese.
